Unleashing the Leadership Capacity of Young People
On March 8 th , at the invitation of Synergos Board Member Kim Samuel, had the pleasure of attending University for a Night as one of the Distinguished Faculty. Following an inspiring panel discussion about leadership with Paul Polman (CEO of Unilever), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala (Minister of Finance for Nigeria), and Peggy Dulany of Synergos, I had the opportunity to lead a table discussion on the topic of “Unleashing the Leadership Capacity of Young People”.
