It has played a crucial role in creating awareness towards major problems that we are or will be facing and also inspires us to find a solution for them. It forces us to take actions today for impending troubles of tomorrow.

And suddenly all the statistics I had been collecting, all the nameless women I had been interviewing took on the face of that pale, emaciated woman. And I could no longer be a casual bystander in the face of the horrific realities in front of me. And that is how Concerns for MDGs came into being.+SocialGood
